This Adult Health & Wellness Program offers a well-rounded fitness experience that combines cardiovascular exercise, stability training, and resistance work to support overall strength, balance, and endurance. The program is designed to improve functional fitness while promoting long-term health and well-being. Meets twice a week, for ages 18-99.
Classes are primarily conducted indoors, with occasional outdoor sessions to provide variety and take advantage of favorable conditions. All sessions are led by a certified personal trainer and group fitness trainer, ensuring safe instruction, proper technique, and professional guidance in a motivating and supportive environment.
