Grilling 101 is a hands-on course designed to teach the essential techniques and principles of successful grilling. Participants will learn how to set up and operate different types of grills—gas, charcoal, and electric—while mastering heat control, timing, and flavor development. Under instructor guidance, students will prepare and grill a variety of foods such as meats, vegetables, and seafood, exploring techniques like direct and indirect heat cooking, marinating, seasoning, and creating grill marks. The course also covers food safety, temperature checks, and proper grill maintenance.
