Entertaining 101 is a hands-on course designed to help participants gain the confidence and skills to host memorable gatherings with ease and creativity. Through interactive activities and guided practice, participants will learn how to plan a cohesive event—from selecting a theme and designing a menu to setting an inviting table and coordinating timing for food and service. The course emphasizes practical techniques for presentation, ambiance, and hospitality, ensuring guests feel comfortable and welcomed. Participants will work in small groups to create sample table settings, practice plating and presentation, and explore stress-free hosting strategies for any occasion.
