Grilling 101 is a 90-minute introductory seminar designed for anyone who wants to master the fundamentals of grilling with confidence. Participants will learn the essentials of grill setup and safety, heat management, and cooking techniques for meats, vegetables, and more. The seminar covers how to choose the right grill (gas, charcoal, or electric), how to properly season and prepare foods, and how to achieve perfect grill marks and flavor every time. Instructors will demonstrate key methods such as direct vs. indirect heat cooking, temperature control, and proper cleaning and maintenance.
